Konto löschen

Du kannst dein Offline-Konto jederzeit vollständig löschen. Dabei werden alle deine persönlichen Daten, Beiträge, Nachrichten und dein Profil unwiderruflich entfernt.

Option 1: Konto in der App löschen

1. Öffne die Offline-App
2. Gehe zu Profil → Einstellungen
3. Tippe auf „Konto löschen"
4. Bestätige die Löschung

Dein Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten werden innerhalb von 30 Tagen unwiderruflich gelöscht.

Option 2: Löschanfrage per E-Mail

Falls du keinen Zugang mehr zur App hast, sende uns eine E-Mail mit deinem Nutzernamen oder der registrierten E-Mail-Adresse:

Wir bearbeiten deine Anfrage innerhalb von 7 Werktagen.

Was wird gelöscht?

• Dein Profil und alle Profilinformationen
• Alle deine Beiträge und Kommentare
• Alle privaten Nachrichten
• Deine Veranstaltungsteilnahmen und -einladungen
• Alle gespeicherten Daten in unserem System

You can permanently delete your Offline account at any time. All your personal data, posts, messages and profile will be removed irreversibly.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Offline app
2. Go to Profile → Settings
3. Tap "Delete account"
4. Confirm the deletion

Your account and all associated data will be irreversibly deleted within 30 days.

Option 2: Delete by email

If you no longer have access to the app, send us an email with your username or registered email address:

We process the request within 7 business days.

What is deleted?

• Your profile and all profile information
• All your posts and comments
• All private messages
• Your event participations and invitations
• All data stored about you in our system
